Dr. Madhusudan Bhat holds a PhD from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi under the supervision of Prof. A. K. Dinda, Dept. of Pathology. Self-motivated individual with over 8 years experience in interdisciplinary research ranging from hands on synthesis of nanoparticles (QD nanocrystals, Magnetic/Polymeric/ Composite nanoparticles), fabrication of drug/biomolecule delivery systems, bio-conjugation techniques, scaffolds, characterization techniques, toxicology research, in-vitro/in-vivo/ex-situ experiments. Experienced to translate ideas practically at the bench level and trouble shoots my way out of the technical hindrances that might occur during execution. As of date, he holds 6 Indian patents and 7 publications. As an ambitious and hard-working individual, He has been recognized for his commitment and ability to work under pressure. He is an effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals.

As an innovator and budding entrepreneur, he has passion to translate ideas practically at the bench level to viable business. Currently, he is Business Development Officer in Centre for Medical Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CMIE) at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He was also a part of Sefacor, a US-based specialty pharmaceutical company which was laser focused to take their lead API, to clinic for cancer management. Professionally, he is also actively involved in developing the future frontier for nanomedicine research in India by par-taking a role as an executive council member of Indian Society of Nanomedicine. He is relentless optimist who believes there is no failure, only feedback.
